100% Viognier:
Plush white orchid plays coyly with sun-touched orchards of peach, apricot and Gala apple to enchant the nose. Subtle tropical undertones of guava and dragon fruit rise to the palate, mingled with garden greenery, snow pea shoots and freshly minced herbs. A bright acidity highlights wild iced chamomile and honeydew melon, and whispers citrus zests that float and linger. This delightful wine pairs well with chicken korma, crab ceviche, orange lobster and grilled avocado salad.

The nose is soft and restrained, with delicate aromas of stone fruit, cantaloupe and chalk. The palate is light- to medium-bodied with notes of grapefruit, lemon pith and dried herbs. Very fresh and inviting. Drink or hold. Screw cap.

On a drive home after spending the weekend in Cambria, the Stilson Family fantasized about the idea of owning a vineyard and making their own wine. A month later in the middle of their busy lives down south, they revisited this idea and decided to go for it.
Months of searching for properties led them to the perfect vineyard. This was the day that their fantasy became a reality.
