2025 The Reverie

100% Viognier:

The aromas lean into summertime vibes of spiced pear, fresh apricot and blooming cherry blossom. Whispers of yellow flowers, banana peel and honey butter closely follow. The palate is graced with a perfect fusion of depth and freshness. Layers of Meyer lemon, golden apple, cracked coriander and an echo of whipped coconut cream lingers on the palate. Our Viognier pairs well with seared halibut, lobster bisque, pork lettuce wraps, and Pad Thai.

2024 Rosé Ray

75% Syrah, 25% Montepulciano

Boasting the blended essence of white nectarine, watermelon rind and wild iris. The balanced palate is fresh and tangy with a nuanced creamy texture reminiscent of orange sherbet, salt-water taffy and raspberry yogurt. Unripe peach, white cranberry, rose hip and freshly cut herbs provoke feelings of cool summer nights. This vintage pairs well with pork tenderloin, turkey club, halibut tacos, and vegetable frittata.

Fresh and lively, with aromas of wild strawberries, watermelon, rose petals and citrus zest. The palate is light and vibrant, with bright acidity and a gentle texture, giving flavors of red berries and orange peel. Crisp, balanced and refreshing. Drink now. Screw cap. 

2022 The Return

43% Mourvèdre, 38% Grenache, 19% Tempranillo:


An aromatic thread of dried blueberry, strawberry shortcake, red licorice and Asian Five spice subtly weave through the nuance of braised bramble and smoked meats. Soft-shouldered tannin and juicy acidity melt upon the palate. Fig and almond tart, toasted vanilla bean, pressed espresso and medicinal herbs develop along the finish. This MGT blend goes well with smoked tri-tip, seared ahi, black bean tostada, and grilled eggplant.

A surprisingly fresh and vibrant wine from a warm vintage, showing aromas of red cherries, plums, earth, tobacco and spices. The palate is mid-weighted with crunchy tannins, an earthy undertone and a lively and savory finish. Made from Mourvedre, Grenache and Tempranillo. 

2023 The Genesis

.60% Syrah, 40% Mourvèdre:

Essence of blueberry reduction, olive tapenade and vanilla bean billow from the glass. Soft cloaked acidity and supple, well integrated tannin define a bold and textured palate. Halos of black plum, rootbeer float and roasted marshmallow deepen the multi-dimensional core. The finish whispers with candied bacon, charred mint and cracked white pepper. This Syrah/Mourvèdre blend pairs well with beef short ribs, chicken mole, blue cheese /BLT, and portobello burgers.

2021 Coalescence

58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot:

Savoriness of star anise, sweet pipe tobacco and freshly milled cedar overlay fruity qualities of caramelized currant and dark plum. Silty tannin and juicy acidity dance upon the palate. Essence of baked blackberry, rhubarb preserves, black cherry cola and toasted thyme weave into a lasting finish. Our Cab/Merlot blend pairs well with Tri-tip sliders, Texas BBQ, beef chili, and black bean tostadas.

This blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon and 42% Merlot shows a pleasantly lighter side of Bordeaux blends, starting with aromas of fresh cherry, cinnamon stick and asphalt. The palate is refreshing and punchy, with raspberry, cherry and white pepper flavors. —Matt Kettmann

2021 Chrome

100% Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve:


Red currant, sour plum, grilled thyme and fresh violet represent youthful and lean on the nose. The palate balances upon a stemmy tannin, soft-shouldered acidity and a graphite like minerality. Freshly turned soil, and crème de cassis underscore a lasting finish of dark cherry, green olive and pipe tobacco leaf. This delicate wine goes well with beef stew, shepherd's pie, lamb kabobs, and mushroom risotto.

Quite reserved but structured and refined, with aromas of black currants, plums, graphite, cedar and spices. The palate is full-bodied with firm yet polished tannins and bright acidity, giving flavors of dark cherries, cocoa and tobacco. Balanced and savory, with length and focus. 

2023 Estate Syrah

100% Syrah:


Dried blackberry, toasted oak, black olive and balsamic glaze take the lead. Full body, firm tannin, soft acidity and undertones of graphite-like minerality mark the wine’s backbone. Savory touches of blueberry crumble, caramelized bacon, espresso bean and cracked peppercorn endure. This delicious wine goes well with duck cassoulet, slow roasted venison, blackened salmon, and truffle risotto.
