100% Roussanne:
Sun-kissed orchard fruit, citrus blossom and warm honeycomb grace the nose. Apricot cream, spiced
pear and mellow chamomile bloom, while a soft acidity weaves along the palate. Ripe golden apple, lemon oil and whispers of raw cashew, candle wax and gingerbread leave an intriguing finish. Our roussanne pairs well with herbed scallops, white bean cassoulet, butternut squash risotto, and pear panna cotta.

2024 The Reverie
100% Viognier:
Exotic aromas of honeysuckle, Jasmine tea, sun ripe apricot and peach puree entice the senses. The
palate provides a whimsical dance of a full, lush mouthfeel and offers a lofty, refined acidity. Fresh pineapple, pressed coconut, yellow rose and tangerine zest linger. Our Viognier pairs well with roast chicken, crab fritters, coconut shrimp and chickpea salad.

2023 Rosé Ray
82% Syrah, 18% Mourvèdre:
Delicate hues of pink onion skin introduce the nuance of white raspberry, Gala apple peel, pomegranate pith and Herbes de Provence. The palate is clean with a mouthwatering acidity that underscores an array of aromas reminiscent of a dewy spring morning, floral greenery, briar patch and rose petal. Unripe strawberry, watermelon rind and pink grapefruit unravel to the finish. This vintage pairs well with smoked salmon, chicken caesar, grilled shrimp and Tabbouleh Salad.

2021 Mourvèdre
Emanating from the glass are nuances of plum puree, dark cherry, vanilla bean and a dusting of wild flower potpourri. The palette is intriguing, offering both sweet and savory elements. Stewed blueberry, bramble berry, cardamom seed and spearmint linger. Traces of white peppercorn, English toffee and crushed clove float upon a vibrant acidity promising a silky, seamless finish. Our Mourvèdre pairs well with charcoal chicken, smoked turkey, pan seared salmon, and vegetable kabobs.

2022 Grenache
Boldly fruit forward, sporting notes of sugar plum, blackberry paste and Bing cherry. Savory spices, fresh earth and cocoa powder build richness to a soft shouldered tannin. Red licorice and dried blueberries settle over veins of granite-like minerality. Finishes with ripe raspberry, vanilla toffee and orange oil essence. 2021 The Genesis
.80% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre:
The harmonious Syrah and Mourvèdre blend evoke aromas of wild blueberry, stewed boysenberries, fresh potting soil and dried sage brush. A balanced foundation provides notes of grilled plum, waxed leather, pink peppercorn and Chanterelle mushroom. Rustic tannins and a soft minerality reminiscent of granite underlay a savory, lasting finish. This predominantly Syrah wine pairs well with beef short ribs, herbed BBQ, game meats, and mushroom tortellini.

The focused palate is layered and concentrated, striking a balance between muscular tannin and a finely edged acidity. Deep mineral complexities frame fruity flavors of spiced blackberry, ground espresso and warm molasses. Our 100% Syrah pairs well with blackened salmon, lamb kabobs, bison burgers, and grilled eggplant.

2021 Merlot
Fruity aromas of bramble berry, black cherry, sugar plum and all-spice drift from the glass. 100% Zinfandel Reserve
On the nose aromas of plum compote, caramelized cherry and black currant take the lead followed closely by bay leaf and crushed pumice. The palate is rich and smooth, revealing baked blueberry and wild raspberry essence. A light dusting of powdered tannin knit candied cranberry, Jasmine flower, hibiscus tea and espresso bean for the finale. Our 100% Zinfandel Reserve pairs well with pulled pork, blue cheese burger, kale calzone, and grilled vegetables.
